Returns
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us at info@tres.ae with the subject line: “Return – #OrderNumber” within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:

We’ll review your request and respond within 1–3 working days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If this applies, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refunds

Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

Sale items are non-refundable.
Once your return is processed, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received your item and letting you know whether your refund has been approved.
